As a board-certified nurse practitioner in Family Medicine & Psychiatry, he founded Reliant Family Medicine and Psychiatry in Grand Prairie, TX, where he serves as the esteemed Founder/CEO. Dr. Ngyia's passion extends beyond borders, as he strives to enhance healthcare in Africa through innovative solutions that harness both human and economic capital from the diaspora.

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Ngyia holds pivotal leadership roles, including President of the International Organization of African Nurses and Board Chair for the National Association of Psychiatry Mental Health Nurse Practitioners. His steadfast leadership extends to The Executives Group, where he is a founding member known for his reliability and vision.
